Every site configures its own Guest Requests — venue-controlled, professionally curated, and intelligently inserted at the next suitable moment.
Some venues make Guest Requests available throughout the day. Others enable them only during busy evening periods, weekends, live sport or special events.
The operator decides when guests can participate and what they can request. All music remains venue-approved — never unrestricted.
